On a very muddy, chilly but yet enjoyable afternoon on Saturday 14th January 23, the coaches from Kings Church Amersham FC played a fund raising match in aid of the Chiltern Toy Bank.
The crowd of junior players and parents cheered the teams on with the final score ending as a 2-0 close fought battle for the whites.
Post-match, in the Amersham Town FC clubhouse, hotdogs were served, raffle tickets sold and an auction held. This resulted in generating a total donation of £443 to the Chiltern Toy Bank to ensure the lives of those less fortunate have a an enjoyable Christmas.
KCA FC would like to thank Amersham Town FC for the use of the facilities, Tesco for donating some raffle prizes and of course all the volunteer coaches for taking part.
